Imaging/Neuroscience Education

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a popular research tool in neuroscience.  Graduate students interested in getting involved in MRI research are encouraged to take the following sequence  of courses. These courses are intended to provide students with skills in two critical areas, neuroimaging and functional neuroscience. Neuroimaging skills include understanding how the MRI scanner works, how to design MRI experiments, and how to analyze imaging data. Functional neuroscience skills involve understanding the brain, its function in various psychological tasks, and its structure.
